PART-TIME DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

The Wright House Wellness Center in Austin, Texas is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual interested in a growth opportunity within a supportive and caring organization. Candidate will be an experienced, innovative and energetic professional who will work with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to shape and lead a comprehensive development program to sustain the organization, including funds for the annual operations budget, major gift campaigns, volunteers and special projects.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in communications, marketing, non-profit management, business or related field; experience in non-profit development, high-level corporate and leadership positions; experience planning special events; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient computer and database skills; ability to motivate staff and board members to reach development goals; ability to work with people of diverse interests and backgrounds; energetic and creative attitude; ability to work comfortably as a member of a flexible team; interest in and commitment to work of WHWC; self-motivation and flexibility, with a clear focus on results.

Hours are flexible, but Candidate MUST be available to work weekend and evening hours as necessary.

The Wright House Wellness Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing Disease Management and Disease Prevention and Education programs to people living in Travis, Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays and Williamson Counties. Services are provided at either no- or low-cost and eligibility is determined by service.
